The room is equipped with a large conference table that can seat up to 20 people, wireless internet access, analog phone line,audio visual equipment, audio visual screen, DSL internet, and a small galley style kitchenette.     Parking
    The Building offers executive parking, located directly under the building, accessible from Crescent Avenue. Directly across Crescent Avenue is The Proscenium Parking Deck, which provides 929 parking stalls, including handicap stalls. The entrance is accessible from 14th Street and Crescent Avenue, which is open to both tenants and visitors. Monthly parkers may access the garage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using their access fob/card. All transient parkers must use the pay station which accepts cash, credit cards, and validation tickets.

    Bicycle and Moped Parking
    Secure bicycle and moped parking is located directly under the building, off Crescent Avenue. It is available to only tenants. For more information, please contact the Property Management Office.

    Dry Cleaning
    Pressed for Success is located on the property in the parking deck. They provide both laundering and dry cleaning service. Same day service is also available.

    Restaurants
    The Proscenium Cafe & News is located in the main building lobby, and serves a breakfast & lunch menu.

    Quality Shoe Repair is located on the property in the parking deck. They provide a full menu of services for shoe repair and cleaning.

    Automotive Detailing
    Broughton Car Care is located on the 9th level, east side of the parking deck. They are on site daily and offer several different car detailing packages.

    Vehicle Maintenance
    Office Automotive provides on-site vehicle maintenance by appointment. A wide varity of services such as oil change, tire rotation, spark plug replacement and brake replacement are available.

    Collision Repairs
    Convenient Collision Solutions provides on-site small collision work by appointment. Services include dent, bumper and scratch repairs.

    Emergency Car Assistance

    Umbrella Service
    Midtown is a walking community and as our parking deck is not contiguous to the building, umbrellas are available to tenants for check-out at the Lobby Security desk. We also place umbrella bags at each entrance for tenant use.

    An ATM is located in the Proscenium Café & News.
